Hands-on talaga yung coaching, so I want to make sure na good fit talaga 'to for you before you enroll — kasi ayaw ko rin namang masayang yung pera at oras mo if this isn't the right fit for you right now.

Heads up: there are two batches to choose from. Batch 3 starts Monday, November 9 and Batch 4 starts Tuesday, November 10, both with live calls at 8 PM.

Only 15 students per batch so I can review everyone's work and provide meaningful feedback. Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-secured basis after application approval.

Please read these first

This program will only work if YOU put in the work. The lessons are recorded, but this is not a course where you just watch them and do nothing about it. Each week, I will give you activities to do. If you're not willing to do that, you'll just be wasting your money.

Before we go any further, I want to make sure this is realistic for you right now — that you have the time, the resources, and the commitment to actually see it through. Please confirm that you understand each of the following:

I commit to doing the work. Every week, that means: completing the activities, assignments, and sample projects I'm given researching, learning, and doing some things independently Gell will guide me and review my work, but won't teach every tool or task from scratch. I commit to the time needed. This program runs for 8 weeks (starting November 9 for Batch 3, November 10 for Batch 4) and asks for a real time commitment: watching each week's recorded lesson a 2-hour live feedback call every week via Zoom, 8–10 PM (Mondays for Batch 3, Tuesdays for Batch 4)attending live is recommended, but there's a replay if you miss one plus 1–2 hours a day for assignments and practice What's guaranteed (and what isn't). I understand the program doesn't guarantee that I'll land a client, and that Gell won't provide or assign clients to me — landing a client also depends on the client and the market, which is outside anyone's control. What the program does guarantee, as long as I do the work, is that I'll finish with everything I need to land my first client: a clear niche the core tasks and tools for that niche, learned and practiced a portfolio showing sample work for my niche application materials — an ATS-friendly resume, a video intro, and online profiles mock interview practice …all built with Gell guiding me and giving feedback along the way.

Both batches have the same 8 weeks and the same modules. The only difference is the night of your weekly live call.

2. Imagine you're given a task that uses a tool or skill you've never touched before — and there's no one available to teach you or walk you through it. What would you do to figure it out on your own?

3. Out of everything you could pursue right now, why do you want to become a VA — and what are you hoping it will change for you or your life?

4. How comfortable are you with the everyday tools most VAs use — email (Gmail), communication apps (Slack), video-call tools (Zoom / Google Meet), cloud storage (Google Drive), and project management tools (ClickUp / Trello)? Not yet — I'm not really familiar with these, and I'd struggle even with the basics like email or organizing files and folders. I know the basics, and I figure things out on my own — I'm comfortable with things like email and organizing files, and when a tool is new to me I'll watch a tutorial or research it and work it out myself, instead of waiting to be shown. Comfortable with most of them — beyond the basics, I already know my way around tools like Google Drive, video-call apps, and the basics of project management tools. Very comfortable / experienced — I've been using these kinds of tools regularly for a while and rarely need help.

5. Do you have reliable access to a computer and a stable internet connection you can use throughout the program?
